• In most cases shipping takes only 4 to 5 working days, from the day of payment.Depending on the delivery locations it may vary.
• Sundays and public holidays will not be counted as working days , from the side of delivery offices.
• For a smooth delivery experience please provide the correct address along with pin code and mobile number.
• If the parcel is returned

Due to improper address issues /if addressee was not able to collect the parcel when delivery person reached or called you

in that case customer should pay for the re-shippnig.

• We usually ship by speedpost .If products are directly coming from supplier , then shipping agency may vary .
• We will share you the tracking details after the dispatch.if you don't get one after 3 or 4 days please dont hesitate to message us
• We will try to make everthing smoother from our side for a happy shopping experience for you all.

• U can return your Items, if any damage occurs in the transit...
• For that please take an uncut opening video ,from opening the package till focusing the items/ damage when u receive the parcel........
• suppliers don't entertain return unless we submit opening video. So It's difficult to return, If we don't have video......
• In most of the cases we will replace damaged product with another fresh piece of the product,or else you can purchase anything else from the store.
• Please ensure to return the damaged products with in 2 days of recieveing the parcel.
• Returning of the used products after functions are not entertained.
• Minor damages which happens during courier will not be eligible for return.....like stone falling which can easily be fixed with a fevikwik or glue or Detached parts which can be Easily repaired by a plaier..
• Just inform us when u get the package..........

* Most Of The Jewellery Are Made Out Of Brass Material

• Avoid direct contact with sweat / water for a long time.
• Wipe with a clean cotton swab when needed.
• Do not bring jewellery in to direct contact with perfumes of any type.
• Store in airtight boxes or seprate Pouches.
